WHO WE ARE
STEVEN RINGELSTEIN
Steven’s deep understanding of human behavior, emotional and energetic intelligence, and intuition has earned him recognition in his field. He is a veteran of the Israeli Air Force and, for 18 years, served as a CEO/COO for high-tech companies. Steven also has 20 years of executive coaching and consulting experience, working with Fortune 500 leaders, and has provided valuable guidance to numerous clients, from top-level executives and their leadership teams to ambitious entrepreneurs leading high-growth, high-impact businesses.
Steven is not just a well-rounded expert in his field with diverse educational and professional credentials; he’s also an avid nature lover who enjoys training his wild Mustang rescue, hiking, practicing yoga and Tai Chi, and a student of the mystery of life.
In addition, to an MBA from the esteemed Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BBA in International Marketing & Management from the City of New York University, he has obtained various other professional degrees and training, ranging from defense contracts, engineering, and software development to financial services, insurance, and the healing arts. His multidisciplinary expertise equips him with a unique perspective that enables him to effectively navigate complex challenges and deliver transformative results for his clients.
KERRY BORCHERDING
Her mission is to help leaders live and lead in the 5D paradigm, which promotes innovation, intelligent decision-making, intuition, purpose, meaning, and playfulness. Kerry’s approach integrates cutting-edge knowledge from neuroscience, psychology, and human behavior principles. By leveraging these insights, she enables leaders to eliminate destructive behaviors and operate at high flow states, unlocking their peak performance potential. Her work enhances a sense of happiness, peace, and fulfillment.
She is passionate about empowering leaders to access their unlimited potential, hidden superpowers, and discover their true purpose. In doing so, she inspires them to make amore significant, positive impact on humanity and the planet. Kerry is known for driving meaningful connections, leading to extraordinary results.
Kerry holds a master’s degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University and numerous certifications in the field. Her relentless pursuit of human evolution has led her to participate in several self-development courses. She is a distinguished graduate of the Multidimensional Leadership Institute, a groundbreaking program that equips individuals with the tools to hack their behavior algorithms for personal transformation.
Furthermore, Kerry is an animal communicator and horse whisperer, integrating the lessons of non-verbal communication, energy, and intuitive sensing into business environments.
